Elanco, Canada

Currently managing the following brands:

  • Galliprant - Steered Galliprant through turbulent market conditions, including major competitor launches, while sustaining double-digit growth. Consistently delivered innovative campaigns year after year, including the 2023 Omnichannel Campaign and the 2025 Safety Campaign.

  • Onsior - Drove Onsior’s turnaround in Canada, delivering 12% growth over two years and making it the fastest-growing market globally for the brand.

  • Advantage Family - Managed to minimize decline at the vet, while maximizing sales at retail channel supporting growth of 15%+ YoY on the retal side

  • Capstar - Relaunched in retail channel breathing new life into the old brand.

Bayer Animal Health, Canada

Managing the following brands:

  • Advantage II & K9 Advantix II - Launched in retail channel growing the brand by 70% in just 1 year. Also won BrandSpark "Most trusted brand award"

  • Advantage Multi - Devised strategies for LCM of the aging brand - Advantage Complete program

  • Multi Duo - Bundle selling concept with 5 Mio annual sales in just 2 years

  • Drontal - Turned this 25 year brand into Bayer Animal Health's highest growing brand, within a span of 2 years.

  • Profender - Achieved double digit growth rate in both years of owning the brand. Also worked on lifecycle projects such as Advantage Complete.

  • Synovi G4 - Launched the brand in 2017 and firmly established it as a strong joint supplement with more than CAD 200,00 per annum sales.

  • BP4G - Partners program for Bayer Animal Health clinics.

Bayer CropScience, Pakistan

Managed the following Wheat and Rice Crop Protection Products, contributing 50% to Topline:

  • Atlantis - Establsihed it as Bayer Pakistan's flagship product and Market leader in Wheat Herbicide segment.

  • Nativo - Took it towards highest selling Rice Fungicide in Pakistan, recommended officially by Government

  • Hombre - Fortified its position as highest selling product in Wheat Seed Treatment segment.

  • Confidor WS - Fortified its position as the highest selling Seed Treatment product in Pakistan. It was even recommended by Monsanto and Pioneer to their customers.

  • Buctril Super

  • Puma Super

  • Bayfolan

  • Regent WG

  • Sunstar Gold

  • Topstar

Herbion International, Pakistan

Managed the following Over-the-Counter Products:

  • Linkus - Establsihed it as Herbion's flagship Product-line, contributing 72% to Topline.

    • Product Line includes Linkus Syrup, Linkus Lozenges, Larinza Syrup, Tootrus Syrup and Lozenges.​

  • Alfagin - Rebranded it via 2 successful campaigns - FIFA 2010 and UEFA 2012, establsihing its presence.

  • Intellan - Increase Market Share by 50% by innovative BTL Campaigns.

  • Vivabon

  • Infidol

  • Nutragemz (Dietary Supplements) - Launched ‘Nutragemz’ Dietary Supplement segment in 12 Eastern European Countries; which turned out to be a $400,000 segment. Success story replicated in North American, Far Eastern and Pakistani markets. These Products included:

    • Garlic Oil

    • Omega 3,6,9

    • CoQ10

    • Chitosan

    • St. John's Wort

Managed the following Confectionary Products - Responsible for adding 45% to Topline:

  • Lollipop Segment - Developed the Concept for Dip & Lick Lollipop which went onto become a star product. Increased sales of other variants by 50%. Products included Original, Pain & Pop Lollipop, Sweet & Sour Lollipop, Milk & Butter Lollipop.

  • Biscuits Segment - Launched 3 New Biscuit brands – Peanut Biscuits, Zeera Biscuits & King Nan Khatai. Also stablished distributor channels.

  • B.P. Wafers
